This is one of the most flattering, beautiful neck tattoo pieces I’ve ever seen;) I don’t commonly think ink on the female neck always looks good…even when the female is smokin’ hot. To be honest, seems like there’s an over abundance of lovely ladies with unattractive smatterings of ill-thought-through tattoo work on their beautiful necks.
